Nice outdoor gas fire area.

The room cleanliness was disappointing overall. I found hair on the bathroom counter that wasn't mine, and there was dust on the trash bin. The hotel staff was unresponsive to my pre-check-in messages.

Amazing Staff Makes All the Difference

Staying here killed it! The staff really were really nice. On the first day, they were super friendly during check-in. Later, after losing my key fob at a concert, Ms. White from the team drove me back to the venue. Breakfast had some tasty options too! Just wish the Wi-Fi was faster.

The stay was decent overall. The hotel was clean and I appreciated the convenient location near some attractions. The noise from the guests in the room above me was quite disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The issue with the parking and accessibility was frustrating, especially considering I was traveling with someone who needs wheelchair access. This experience makes me reconsider staying here again in the future.
